Future Primitive Announces Complete Lineup For LA Summer Series

The completed Summer Series programming from Future Primitive has been revealed today, boasting a star-studded lineup of top house and techno performers who will take center stage at iconic outdoor venues situated in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.

The Summer events will kick off with Guy Gerber‘s famed Rumors party series making its way back to Chinatown’s Gin Ling Way on May 6. Since 2014, Rumors has been spreading its bohemian spirit worldwide, with Future Primitive establishing Chinatown’s historic square as a party venue back in 2016.

On May 20, Lee Burridge’s All Day I Dream‘s iconic day into night event comes to Pershing Square. All Day I Dream events offer a unique blend of deep, melodic, and organic house music, designed to create an immersive and transformative experience for attendees.

The series will see another weekend of action back at Pershing Square when Jaime Jones brings his cherished event, Paradise In The Park on June 3-4.

The two-day event is a collaborated undertaking between Future Primitive and Jones himself, both committed to making a remarkable experience for the city’s attendees with special production and lighting.

The final event of the Summer Series will feature the debut performance of Astra Club, AKA DJ Tennis B2B Carlita, in Los Angeles on July 15.

Every year, Future Primitive upholds its tradition of hosting DJ Tennis +1. DJ Tennis is widely recognized as one of the most respected selectors in the world of dance music, and the Astra Club performance will come after his previous collaborations with Dixon, Gerd Janson, and Acid Pauli.

Check out the schedule of events below and stay tuned for full lineups for each.

A battle with epilepsy could not stop me from finding the rave community or pursuing my passion to write. I was a journalism major at my college writing about sports when my condition took me out of my classes and stuck me in my home to focus on bills and get healthy. Once I got my seizures under control through medication I decided to face my fear of crowds and lasers in order to finally experience house music in festival fashion at Day Trip 2021. I quickly learned that I could continue to rave and manage my condition simultaneously. Then a raver was born! I love house and techno the most, which ironically are the genres that even brought my parents together. The dance music culture and community has connected me with the opportunity to write about my passion, the best of friends, a lover, and good and bad experiences that continue to grow me as a person. I'm based in Southern California let's catch a set!
