Breaking barriers and fusing talents across continents, the trance realm witnesses a groundbreaking collaboration in “Tears Of The Kingdom,” orchestrated by the influential, Giuseppe Ottaviani, the Scottish-Italian production duo, Alex Sonata & TheRio, and vocals by the electro-pop maven Tishmal.
Kicking off his musical journey as one half of the dynamic Italian duo Nu NRG, Ottaviani’s venture into solo stardom became inevitable when their partnership caught the discerning ear of Paul van Dyk in 2001.
A swift signing to the prestigious Vandit Records ensued, catapulting them to international acclaim. Since their amicable disbandment in 2005 to pursue solo endeavors, Ottaviani has graced the stages of dance music’s grandest festivals like Tomorrowland, Dreamstate, and EDC Las Vegas.
Alex Sonata and TheRio’s collaboration was solidified in 2020 and since then there is no denying a meteoric rise in the global trance scene.
Their explosive tracks on Anjunabeats, including “Breath Of The Wild” and “Cala Luna” have resonated profoundly. Stepping into the limelight this year, they’ve remixed Andrew Bayer‘s “Equal” and conjured trance magic with “Mantra” capturing hearts from Creamfields to EDC.
Tishmal, a San Diego native with a divine voice, made her debut with her single “Underneath,” and she has now performed alongside industry giants like CHVRCHES and Zara Larsson.
This union of musical minds brings forth “Tears Of The Kingdom,” a transcendent track named after the latest video game in the Zelda series.
