While many of our fellow ravers are currently out on the water this weekend enjoying the completely sold-out Groove Cruise 2020, the dates for 2021 are now released with an exciting new destination! Groove Cruise is a critically acclaimed electronic music event that takes place aboard the award-winning Celebrity Cruises on the Infinity ship. Over the course of five days, guests are treated to the adventure of a lifetime with performances by the world’s top DJs, artists, and producers as they provide 96 hours of non-stop music. This year, the cruise left out of Miami with the arrival destination in the beautiful Costa Maya, Mexico located near Tulum and Cancun.
In exciting news for next year, the cruise will be headed to a new destination for the very first time aboard the fully redesigned Celebrity Infinity. On one of the first charters to Puerto Plata, guests will board in Miami and arrive in the private paradise of Taino Bay in the Dominican Republic. At this unique location, the entire bay has been transformed into a pirate-themed park with tons of attractions and features including a pirate ship village, cable car rides, a lazy river, zip-lining, and more. Whether you want to relax at the high-end spa on-site or hike to the gorgeous 27 Charcos Waterfalls, there is an adventure waiting for all.
In addition to the new location, the Celebrity Infiniti has been reimagined to bring the very best in production as hosts to the top cruise festival in the world. The luxurious suites have been redesigned along with new bars, restaurants, boutiques, and casinos. The renowned The Spa by Canyon Ranch has been added to provide guests a relaxing retreat in-between days of dancing. The Retreat Sundeck & Lounge, designed by visionary Kelly Hoppen, will provide guests the perfect location to enjoy their choice of over 40 craft cocktails while catching some sunshine.
Of course, Groove Cruise is best known for the stellar lineup. This year includes performances by Above & Beyond, KSHMR, Nora en Pure, Markus Schulz, Roger Sanchez, Kristina Sky, and many others.
