One of dance music’s most highly acclaimed vocalists/songwriters HALIENE just dropped a deluxe edition of her first solo album Heavenly with three new tracks and a variety of remixes.
Heavenly (Divine Edition) features trance-inspired remixes from Craig Connelly and a standout classic rave rework from Ben Gold that pays homage to HALIENE’s trance beginnings as a dance music vocalist. Crankdat, Crystal Skies, and Last Heroes also play a part in the remix package.
Additionally, the LP adds an acoustic version of the single “Glass Heart” that further emphasizes the powerful emotions HALIENE is known for. “Hollow” with Elephante is the last new single on the deluxe piece, showcasing HALIENE’s ability to create a dark and mysterious ambiance before dropping into an intense and euphoric climax.
Speaking on the project, HALIENE said, “The Divine Edition further captures the spiritual essence of what I set out to do in Heavenly, by expanding the genres in which the songs get to live.”
She continues, “I have always seen the remixes of my original songs as new collaborations. As I work with other incredible producers, my songs can have different expressions, highlighting new colors of themselves, allowing my music to live in multiple genres at once. It is truly the words of a song that can unify the space, from trance to dubstep and this deluxe edition is a reflection of that.”
