HOL! has released his new album, BRULURE.
Released last week in partnership with Create Music Group, the French bass producer’s sophomore LP shares its name with the French word that translates to “a mark caused by fire or burning”—and after one listen, it’s clear why.
Spanning 16 tracks, the album is packed with the devilish dubstep sound HOL! has become known for across productions like his highly-touted Subtronics collaboration, “Mind Pluck,” and his career-launching viral 2022 single, “COUNTRY RIDDIM.”
In addition to reviving that track’s beloved country-western guitar riff on “COUNTRY RIDDIM II,” BRULURE features several of HOL!’s other most highly demanded dubplates, including new collaborations with a slew of trench music’s best, such as Automhate, TOXATE, and HURTBOX, HOL!’s twin brother,
The album also features a new version of the artist’s 2023 track, “BOSS FIGHT,” and previously released singles “VAMPIRE” and “Movement” with Marshmello, alongside new titles like “RIDDIM RODEO,” “SEE YOU,” and “DESTROY.”
In support of BRULURE, HOL! will hit the road for a 24-date album tour, which touches down in cities like Atlanta, New York, Tampa, and Washington D.C., this fall, alongside his highly anticipated “RIDDIM RODEO” event at Denver’s famous Mission Ballroom on December 20.
