It’s time to begin planning for EDC Las Vegas, as today Insomniac has announced the return of Hotel EDC for the festival’s 2025 edition.
The industry-leading electronic promoter will again partner with music-led destination experience company Vibee for the exclusive hotel stay experience surrounding its flagship massive, which returns to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway from May 16-18, 2025.
Hotel EDC will take root in a new location this year, transforming Virgin Hotels Las Vegas with exclusive DJ sets, official pool parties, and immersive activations throughout the property from May 16-19, 2025. The new location is just a 10-minute drive from Las Vegas’ Harry Reid Airport, offering guests an even smoother transition from airplane mode to party mode.
In lieu of a designated nightclub, the hotel’s lobby and casino are set to come alive with all the vibrancy of North America’s largest electronic music festival, featuring live performers, photo-ops, and plenty of daytime activities. Hotel EDC package holders also enjoy access to Insomniac-hosted parties at the Hotel EDC pool, daily wellness sessions, a beauty bar to keep guests festival fresh, exclusive merchandise, and more.
Ravers can book a three-night stay in one of several EDC-themed rooms, accommodating up to four people, with the option to extend their stay on either end of the festival dates. Additional perks include a $30 daily food and beverage credit to use at select restaurants and bars on the property and the option to purchase a variety of exclusive add-ons, from weekend festival passes to shuttle arrivals and even a private car service.
Hotel EDC packages will go on sale for previous guests starting tomorrow, Wednesday, September 11, at 12PM PT. Those who have already purchased their EDC Las Vegas 2025 passes, as well as ticketholders from last year’s festival will gain access to the Hotel EDC pre-sale on Thursday, September 12 at 12PM PT. General on-sale will follow on Friday, September 13 at 12PM PT.
