IHG Hotels & Resorts—a leading company behind hotels like Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, InterContinental and more—has just announced a new hotel brand offering valuable stays at existing high-quality properties.

The new brand, Garner Hotels, will be “designed to deliver the all-important things guests value most,” including convenient locations, a good night’s rest and a complimentary hot breakfast—all at some of the best quality and prices on the market.

The new hotels will feature friendly 24/7 staff, comfortable rooms backed by the company’s IHG Clean Promise and even an IHG Digital Check-in for efficient arrivals.

Garner guests certainly won’t go hungry. The hotels will offer complimentary flavor-infused water upon arrival, plus fresh coffee and tasty snacks all day long in the Garner Shop; as well as an always free “Make It Yours” breakfast with “build-your-own” choices like sandwiches, egg bowls, yogurt parfaits, fruit and more.

IHG’s conversion model for Garner Hotels means that the character of existing hotels will stay intact—no new hotel structures will be built and no two hotels are exactly alike.

Garner Hotels will feature guest-influenced playlists, snacks and drinks; and even pet-friendly details like welcome treats, loaner supplies, and outdoor “relief stations.”

IHG will initially launch Garner Hotels in the US by early September. The first hotels are expected to open by the end of this year.

As always, travelers can elevate their stay with the company’s IHG One Rewards program, earning points that can be redeemed for “Reward Nights,” along with access to member rates, special offers, and even free Wi-Fi and late check out during their stay.
