Insomniac Cares Partners With Nonprofit Musically Fed

Insomniac is well-known for their philanthropic branch Insomniac Cares, a team dedicated to helping the local communities through fundraising initiatives that benefit education, environment, children, families, and more. This week, Insomniac has announced a partnership between Insomniac Cares and the non-profit group Musically Fed to host food drives at each weekly Park n’ Rave event held at the NOS Events Center in Southern California.

WIth the pandemic financially crippling our country as a result of lockdowns, many individuals and families are struggling to put food on the table while keeping up with bills all during an economic downturn. This partnership aims to provide non-non-perishable dry foods and canned goods to the stagehands and crews that are an integral part of the events we love. With the suspension of all live music events up until recently, these team members have been hit especially hard because they are often hired per event rather than as a regular full-time employee meaning they have been entirely without work for months.

As always, the electronic music community has found a way to band together and this partnership is yet another example of festival giants like Insomniac stepping up to the plate to help those within the community and beyond. Thankfully live music events are back to a degree with drive-in raves, but it will take a long time before we see major progress towards economic recovery. The Park n’ Rave events are held for two days each weekend, featuring a new artists each time.

Guests that donate ten or more items ahead of the event will be treated to a special gift. Donations can be made with Insomniac team members during the ticket scanning process at entry. For more information and ticket purchases for Park n’ Rave, head here!
