Jayda G Tapped For A Funky Remix Of Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero”

Canadian electronic producer Jayda G was just tapped by Taylor Swift to add a sunny piano house feel to her chart-topping single “Anti-Hero.”

Anyone who listens to the American Top Ten radio has seen Taylor Swift’s new album Midnights absolutely dominating the chart, and one of the most prominent tracks is “Anti-Hero.”

Now dance music once again seeps into popular culture via featured remixes including one from electronic innovator Jayda G. The remix is incredibly creative, turning the pop-anthem into a synth-filled, disco-inspired piece that will have the listener longing for summer days by the pool.

Jayda G is a dance-music staple in her own right, collaborating with Aluna on her latest track “Mine O’ Mine” and performing at Coachella earlier this year.

The Canadian producer grew up pursuing biology and environmental management before co-founding the label Freakout Cult. Her music has elements of her passion for conservation as well as influences from jazz, R&B, disco, and funk.
