John Summit has unveiled the lineup for his Experts Only takeover in Tulum, Mexico, this winter.
The house and techno superstar will bring his jet-setting label and event series to the world-famous Zamna Tulum on January 3, 2025. Summit will headline the winter party hotspot, known for its marathon open-air parties surrounded by the region’s lush jungle, with support from several of the label’s biggest stars and closest allies.
House music titans Gorgon City and DJ Tennis will play a rare B2B in direct support to Summit. Throughout the rest of the night, fans can groove to the sounds of surging selector Azzecca, local favorite Queen Rami, and label heroes Max Styler and Layton Giordani, who have helped shape the burgeoning imprint with releases like Styler’s “Wanna Dance” and Giordani’s “Paranoid.”
Marking Summit’s first international Experts Only event, the milestone show announcement follows another massive year for the Chicago-born artist, who, in between a bevy of major festival appearances and a sold-out arena debut at Madison Square Garden, released his debut album, Comfort In Chaos, in July.
Experts Only is also coming off a huge 2024 in which the brand produced landmark shows at Miami Music Week, Tennessee’s The Caverns, and an extensive run of Summit headline gigs, and was revealed as the top-selling imprint of the calendar year across all genres on Beatport.
Last month, Summit announced the return of two Experts Only “ski trip” shows for 2025, set to touch down in Vail, Colorado, and Tahoe, Nevada, in February. The label’s latest release, Summit’s coveted remix of Green Velvet’s iconic “Shake & Pop,” arrived on October 25.
