John Summit Announces Experts Only Takeover At Zamna Tulum

John Summit

John Summit is bringing his Experts Only label crew to the jungles of Tulum, Mexico, this winter.

The house and techno sensation has become a staple player in Tulum in recent seasons, but for the first time ever, he’ll host a proper label showcase at the winter party hotspot, which is set to begin 2025 on a high-note at the venerated Zamna Tulum on January 3. Summit will be joined by a TBA support lineup.

“bringing the biggest experts only party yet to one of the most epic venues in the world,” Summit wrote on Instagram today. “this is always my fav trip of the year and this time we’re taking over the main stage for 10,000 of u.”

The announcement follows a huge year for Summit, who, in between major festival appearances and a sold-out arena debut at Madison Square Garden, released his debut album, Comfort In Chaos, in July.

Label proceedings have also been fruitful this year. In May, Experts Only was announced as the top-selling label of the calendar year across all genres on Beatport. On the live events front, the label hosted landmark takeovers at Miami Music Week and Tennessee’s The Caverns, as well as an extensive run of Summit headline gigs, including a one-off destination “ski trip” in Vail, Colorado.

Experts Only will now link up with one of the most formidable party hosts in the global dance music scene in Zamna Tulum, famous for its massive open-air marathon parties surrounded by the region’s lush jungle. Other confirmed events for the party series’ 2025 season include shows from Keinemusik, Afterlife, ANTS, No Art, Joseph Capriati‘s Metamorfosi, and more.

Last week, Experts Only marked its latest release with Danny Avila, Sam Wolfe, and HNTR’s collaborative single, “YES B!TCH” featuring Rome Fortune, following the release of Max Styler’s anticipated remix of Summit’s “Tears” with Paige Cavell last month.

Tickets for Experts Only Tulum are now available here.
