Justice’s original score for Grand Theft Auto VI is dropping as an album next month.
Rockstar Games today announced that the official Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score album will be released on CD, vinyl and digitally on December 11, a little over three weeks after the highly anticipated GTA sequel drops on November 19.
The album features 30 tracks, including Justice’s “Flower In A Hurricane”—featuring Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and unveiled in the game’s official launch trailer—and “Pusher,” a frenetic new single by Justice and fellow French heavyweight Gesaffelstein released today alongside the announcement. The full album also contains several digital bonus tracks.
Composed by Justice’s Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, the score is described in press materials as an “adaptive score,” featuring compositions “dynamically tuned” to the way players engage with the game’s playable worlds of Vice City and Leonida throughout the story of its protagonists Jason and Lucia.
Though the full tracklist is yet to be revealed, fans can listen to a preview of select in-game radio stations streaming singles from the soundtrack, score, and an upcoming album of original tunes made just for the game.
