Knock2 Unleashes Anticipated “Baddadan” SoundCloud Remix

Knock2 has unleashed his long-awaited remix of Chase & Status’ famous “Baddadan.”

Shared on SoundCloud today under the San Diego artist’s “knockthisoff” remix alias, the technical mashup opens with an acapella rendition of AC Slater’s “Raise Up” before a violent saw lead flips the iconic Baddadan drop on its head, igniting a heavy bass house beat that will have you jumping through the ceiling.

The unofficial remix of one of the biggest dance tracks of 2023 has been met with elation from Knock2’s devoted fan base, who have been so quick to snap up the track for digital download that its Dropbox link has been temporarily disabled for being “shared or downloaded too many times in a day.”

Alongside the “Baddadan” remix, Knock2 also dropped off another anticipated “knockthisoff” mashup, which brings together Troy Sivan’s “Rush” and Skrillex’s “Leave Me Like This” in another furious bass house banger.

After a landmark B2B at Coachella in April, Knock2 and fellow San Diego trap prodigy ISOxo wrapped up their four-date ISOKNOCK joint headline tour earlier this month. The pair will next bring the collaborative project to North Coast Music Festival for its festival headline debut in September.

Gearing up for the release of his debut album, nolimit, later this year, Knock2 will make further festival stops at Bonnaroo, Breakaway Minnesota, and Outside Lands this summer.
