The city of Las Vegas knows that in Sin City, no one shines brighter than the DJ, and among DJs, few—if any—shine more brilliantly than FISHER. Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman has designated an entire day in the artist’s honor.
With the Aussie DJ preparing to return to Las Vegas Tao Beach Dayclub for another summer residency, Las Vegas has officially declared March 30, 2024, as the “Day of the Fish,” according to Tao Group Hospitality.
“Mr. Paul Nicholas Fisher, AKA DJ FISHER, is an Australian Grammy Award-nominated music producer and DJ,” reads an official proclamation from Mayor Goodman’s office. We welcome him to Las Vegas and thank him for bringing his energy and music to our fabulous city.”
FISHER will celebrate this honor and make his first headline appearance of Tao Beach Dayclub’s 2024 pool season on March 30, 2024, ahead of five more dates throughout the summer and fall. Find a complete list of Fisher’s upcoming Tao Beach Dayclub dates below.
With a 47,000-square-foot pool deck, a famously massive poolside DJ booth, lounging cabanas, and a full bar and food menu, Tao Beach Dayclub should be a perfect place for FISHER and his fans to revel in the moment of another Las Vegas summer.
This won’t be the first time Las Vegas has honored a superstar DJ. In 2017, ahead of his 48th birthday, Tiësto was presented with a key to the Las Vegas Strip, and January 14, 2017 was officially recognized as “Tiësto Day,” an honor dedicated to his influential role in nightlife as a longtime resident DJ at nightclubs around the city.
