Are you tired of waiting in long lines to enter a festival?
Well, Live Nation is answering your concerns with a new expedited entry process. It’s similar to the TSA Pre-Check when you fly. You’ll be able to enter in a special “FAST PASS” lane so you don’t have to wait in long lines. It’s easy to sign up for the new service. You’ll need to be pre-approved at specific locations and bring a valid ID, proof of US citizenship and pay an $85 fee. The enrollment will be valid for 5 years.
Live Nation is the only company doing this right now. They started the new system out at the Watershed Festival in Washington and are now expanding the program to other festivals around the country. Live Nation partnered with IdentoGO, the security pre-screening company used by the TSA for the program.
