Maverick Helicopters Offers Flights Above Day Trip Festival

After completing another weekend of dazzling flights above EDC Las Vegas, Maverick Helicopters is linking back up with Insomniac to offer another aerial excursion at Day Trip Festival later this month.

At select times during the house and techno festival, Day Trip attendees can book a six-minute “Sky Trip” flight over the Queen Mary Waterfront and Long Beach, offering bird’s-eye views of the California coastline, marina and the festival’s High Tide and Deep End stages below.

Flights will run every 30 minutes between 7PM and 9PM on both days of the festival, departing from Maverick Helicopters’ private terminal, just a short walk from the festival grounds at 1175 Queens Hwy, Queen Mary Terminal.

Sky Trip flights cost $199 per person and are only available to Day Trip attendees. Previously purchased festival admission is required and is not included in the price of the flight.

Those looking to arrive at the festival in style can also take advantage of Maverick’s Day Trip Festival transfers. These efficient flights depart from one of several surrounding SoCal airports and drop off guests at the aforementioned Maverick terminal. Transfers from Long Beach Airport are available one-way for $249 per person and round-trip for $399 per person.

Additional information and bookings for Maverick Helicopters’ 2024 Day Trip flights are available here.

Day Trip Festival will return to Long Beach, California’s Queen Mary Waterfront on June 22 and 23, 2024, with performances from Kaskade, MK B2B Green Velvet, Cloonee, Mau P, Armand Van Helden, and many more. Tickets are still available here.
