Monstercat Partners With Hit Video Game, SMITE

Monstercat

The collaborative Battle Pass will launch Tuesday, May 18

Monstercat will be stepping into the gaming world once again with the announcement of their partnership with Hi-Rez Studio’s SMITE, on a brand-new collaborative Battle Pass that will feature the sounds of various electronic artists including Slushii, Sullivan King, and Koven. Not only will gamers be able to hear tracks by these artists, but various new character skins and music themes will be introduced into the game. Senior Brand Director of Hi-Rez Studios, Alex Cantatore, had the following to say about the Monstercat partnership,

“This collaboration really brings Monstercat‘s music and artists to life in SMITE, with authentic audio and special touches Monstercat fans will love. There’s something magical about hearing a sick Slushii drop perfectly timed to a burst of damage.”

Each artist’s skin will feature music from the artist that will be supported throughout the in-game experience. Gamers will have the ability to replace character in-game sounds with the sounds of drum & bass, house, etc. Not only will the newly announced partnership incorporate new sounds, but there will be four full new music themes that will allow players to replace SMITE’s default soundtrack with brand new Monstercat tunes.

The Monstercat Battle Pass will be available to gamers on SMITE starting May 18. The full reveal of the crossover skins and more information about the Battle Pass will be broadcasted on SMITE’s Twitch channel on April 28, at 3 P.M. EDT.
