Maniac Ventures is the parent company behind a dynamic portfolio of brands, including EDM Maniac, Maniac Magazine, and a range of music and lifestyle verticals focused on festival culture, electronic dance music, and the global community. Our platforms reach millions of fans through social media, IRL activations, print, and branded merchandise.

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and driven Partnerships & Sales Manager to lead outreach and lock in strategic partnerships across our brands. This part-time, remote role will focus on selling advertising packages, social media collaborations, and experiential activations at festivals and events. You’ll play a key role in expanding Maniac’s partner network and monetizing our multi-platform reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and close new partnership and advertising opportunities across Maniac Ventures’ brands

  • Manage ongoing communication with clients and partners

  • Collaborate with internal content, events, and marketing teams to execute deliverables

  • Represent Maniac Ventures in calls, emails, and digital presentations

  • Track pipeline, performance, and commission-based revenue

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and Maniac’s unique value proposition

  • Report directly to the Founder

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or sponsorships—ideally within music, media, or entertainment. We’re looking for someone with hustle, relationships, and a deep love for the EDM scene.

  • Deep familiarity with electronic dance music, festival culture, and youth marketing

  • Existing network of contacts across brands, agencies, and event partners

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting

  • Comfortable with CRM tools, pitch decks, and reporting

Compensation:

  • Monthly base rate (commensurate with experience)

  • Competitive commission on all closed sales

Location:

Remote (must be available for occasional virtual meetings in EST/PST time zones)
