ODESZA Announce Live Compilation Album, ‘The Last Goodbye Tour Live’

ODESZA have announced their first-ever live album, The Last Goodbye Tour Live.

The album, composed of live recordings from the duo’s The Last Goodbye tour, will arrive on May 31, 2024, as “the end of an era” in conjunction with their upcoming Last Goodbye Finale run this summer.

“We’re endlessly grateful to our incredible fans who have attended our shows over the years!” ODESZA wrote on Instagram. “Your energy and support inspires us to do what we do. We love the opportunity to interpret our work for the live show setting and share it with you on stage.”

“Through the release of these live recordings, we hope that people will be able to revisit and relive the live performances that have brought us so much joy and connection throughout our careers,” their statement continued.

ODESZA’s groundbreaking The Last Goodbye “era” began with the release of its namesake and now Grammy-nominated album in 2022. The project would kickstart a year-long world tour that lives on as one of live music’s most cherished modern marvels.

Heralded for its showstopping production and live instrumentation—including the ODESZA’s famous drumline—the record-setting Last Goodbye tour brought in $25.6 million in 2022 before being extended into 2023 with landmark festival stops like Outside Lands, Electric Forest and Life Is Beautiful

Upon its release in July 2023, The Last Goodbye Cinematic Experience, a full-length documentary film about the album and tour, would further cement the tour’s legacy.

Ahead of the live album’s release next month, ODESZA have shared two tracks from the compilation today, including live renditions of “Forgive Me” and “A Moment Apart.”

Fans can pre-order a special vinyl pressing of The Last Goodbye Tour Live here and pre-save the album on streaming platforms here.
