Adam Beyer And Sama’ Abdulhadi Join Pete Tong’s DJ Academy As Tutors

Adam Beyer and Sama’ Abdulhadi have been announced as the latest tutors to join the Pete Tong DJ Academy, following the launch of a scholarship program in February.

Beyer, the Drumcode label boss, and Abdulhadi, the celebrated Palestinian DJ will join other notable names such as Carl Cox, Jamie Jones, Nicole Moudaber, and TSHA to provide their expertise at the online school.

Enrollees of the online courses offered by the Pete Tong DJ Academy are provided with more than 90 lessons taught by the tutors of the course, which includes the legendary DJ and BBC Radio icon Pete Tong as well.

The announcement is timely for the International Music Summit (IMS) happening in Ibiza from April 26-28 where Beyer and Abdulhadi will join Tong, and the academy’s Future Talent winner will be revealed.

IMS is an annual event for professionals in the electronic music industry, providing panel discussions, workshops, keynote speeches, and networking events.

The Future Talent Awards aim to acknowledge the most promising emerging DJs worldwide, with ten candidates receiving tools and resources to refine their abilities and reach a global audience.

Beyer expressed his enthusiasm for becoming a tutor at the Pete Tong DJ Academy stating that “I am thrilled to join the Pete Tong DJ Academy as a tutor, alongside other industry legends and the incredibly talented Sama’ Abdulhadi. I am excited to pass on my knowledge and experience to the next generation of artists, helping them navigate the complexities of the industry and achieve success.”
