Dance music icon and legend, Pete Tong, has agreed to join Pacha’s board of directors to help promote the companies philosophies as it starts to expand overseas. Pacha is looking to have a monumental year in 2021 as the company is trying to expand globally while maintaining its core philosophies. Just recently, Pacha expanded their dance floor in Ibiza by adding a new DJ booth and updating their equipment to the most current audio and visual technology. Tong has held a five-year residency with Pacha and has been able to see the company grow as a result. Now, Tong serves on the board of directors for Pacha and will bring both his years of experience and musical expertise to the company which in turn will help the company grow internationally.
When asked about the opportunity, Tong said, “When Pacha approached me with this opportunity I couldn’t say no. While many people know the name, not many really know its real influence on music and nightlife over the last 50+ years. Pacha has been a glamourous and hedonistic meeting place for generations of global jet setters and music lovers, from the ’60s through to now” (Per NBHD Group).
Pacha plans to have an explosive year in 2021. The company is planning on joining luxury resorts, beach clubs, and other hotels that revolve around Pacha’s philosophies of connection and artistry. The expansion would not be possible without the support from the Reuben Brothers, who are leaders in private equity, real estate investment and development, and debt financing. The combination of both the Pacha and the Reuben Brothers will allow for an explosive year in 2021 for Pacha and Pete Tong.
