The Philippines’ &FRIENDS Festival is returning to Manila with top dance names this summer.
After debuting last year, the two-day festival and creator expo is back at Okada Manila for another weekend of music, art, and pop culture on June 19-20. Helmed by global creator studio Clouted, the event is set to transform the five-star resort on the coast of Manila Bay with interactive activities by day, and high-energy electronic music performances by night.
This year’s lineup is led by headline sets from era-defining Swedish EDM producer Galantis, dance-pop icon Porter Robinson, veteran Dutch big room duo Yellow Claw, and an anticipated performance from dubstep innovator Subtronics.
Monstercat is slated for a full stage takeover, featuring performances from Los Angeles melodic bass duo ARMNHMR, Dutch D&B artist Arcando, and other artists from the influential independent dance label, while Sony Music and Tencent Music’s Liquid State invites sets from Singaporean label signees WUKONG and KIARA.
Elsewhere, the bill features standout international touring acts such as CHYL, Ian Asher, LEVEL UP, and Siangyoo, as well as local support from emerging Southeast Asian dance talents including Amanda Sze, DJ Cupcakes, Orange Juice Asia, and Smooth Brain Girly. More names will be revealed in the coming weeks. Check out the flyer below.
Throughout the event, fans can also expect large-scale stage production and state-of-the-art visuals as the festival aims to “elevate Manila as a key destination on the international touring circuit.”
