Relentless Beats has unveiled the first names set to play this year’s PHXLIGHTS festival.
With a new intergalactic “Solar Sound System” theme in tow, the heralded Arizona promoter’s annual spring fling will return on April 4-5, bringing out-of-this-world performances from a bevy of electronic music’s most boundary-pushing artists to the Phoenix Raceway in Avondale.
PHXLIGHTS’ first lineup transmission, arriving January 14, features a fitting headline performance from midtempo bass star and beloved “space mom” Rezz and fan-favorite duo Louis The Child’s headline return to Arizona.
Throughout the weekend, Southwest ravers can catch further space-age sounds from the likes of dubstep favorite NGHTMRE, experimental bass heavyweight Of The Trees, melodic bass frontrunner Said The Sky, drum & bass stalwart Netsky, and future bass maestro Kaivon.
Rounding out the class of interstellar ambassadors for this year’s PHXLIGHTS are house groovers it’s murph and J. Worra, British D&B duo Hybrid Minds, boundary-pushing trap artist Jon Casey, and UK bassline up-and-comer Zero. Respected Arizona locals Edward Joseph and Dark Mark will be on opening duties.
More artists, venue activations, and experiences will be announced soon, according to organizers. Check out the official announcement below.
After wrapping up the 10th-anniversary edition of its hallmark New Year’s Eve festival, Decadence Arizona, Relentless Beats is gearing up for a busy start to 2025. Before PHXLIGHTS lands in April, the Southwest’s leading independent dance promoter is also set to host major shows with SLANDER, Green Velvet’s LALALAND, Subtronics’ Cyclops Desert, Sullivan King and more from February to late March.
