San Diego Pride Music Festival Unleashes A Star-Studded Lineup!

A big bash is taking place this weekend in Southern California.

More than 40,000 people are expected to attend San Diego Pride.  There will be a number of events taking place in San Diego to mark gay pride. One of the biggest is the San Diego Pride Music Festival. The 2-day festival kicks off Saturday July 16th at 11 a.m.

The festival is located in beautiful Balboa Park, located off 6th and Laurel Street.

This year’s theme: Pride Unites The World. More than 100 musicians, bands, and DJ’s will be playing at San Diego Pride on multiple stages.

Stages include the Stonewall Main Stage, Euphoria Dance Garden, Mundo Latino, The Movement: Hip Hop and the Free Rainbow Stage. The lineup is nothing short of amazing, especially for a gay pride festival!

Headlining is the one and only Kesha! Some of the other big name DJ’s and artists include: Paul Oakenfold, Cazztek, Pierce Fulton, Sam Sparro, Bright Lights, Noelia, Demetria McKinney, AB Soto, Rilan, Wrabel, Drew G. and Los Angeles’ very own Paul Cowling. Besides the music, you can explore a number  of entertainment zones at the festival. There will be beer and beverage gardens, a cool zone for those 55+, Leather Realm, Art of Pride (LGBT local artists), Youth Zone, Children’s Garden, HIV testing, She-Power Health & Wellness Zone, Accessibility Booth & Deaf Zone and more than 300 exhibitors! Advanced 2-day tickets cost just $20 and will be $25 at the gate. Advanced VIP tickets cost $120 and will be $150 at the gate and include a lot of fun perks!
