SIPPY Announces First-Ever Solo Headline Tour

SIPPY has announced her first-ever solo headline tour, kicking off next month.

The Australian-born, Los Angeles-based bass dynamo will open her 24-date “Gremlin Mode Tour” with a milestone appearance at Belgium’s famous Tomorrowland on July 27.

Then, she’ll crisscross the lower 48 states for club gigs in cities like Orlando, Austin, Denver, and San Francisco, and further festival sets at North Coast, Symmetry, Lost Lands and Same Same But Different, before the tour closes at SubtronicsCyclops Cove weekender in December. More dates will be announced in the coming weeks. Find a complete list of tour dates below.

“Three years ago I moved to America from Australia, wanting to DJ and tour and travel. Finally, for the first time in those three years, I’m so excited to say that I’m going on my own solo headline tour,” SIPPY said in a video posted to Instagram last week.

“The point of this tour is just to get down and gritty with it, and just be a f***ing gremlin,” she continued. “I’m really excited about the venues we’re playing, the places I’m playing, just because I feel like most of them give me the opportunity to really get up and close with everyone and feed off that fun gremlin energy that I have.”

In the build-up to Sippy’s “Gremlin Mode” run, the Deadbeats and Monstercat veteran has dropped off four new singles this year, including her fan-favorite Smoakland collaboration, “Smoak & Sip,” wonky fruit-focused track, “The Banana Song,” an official remix of Cyclops’ famous “Tear Jerker,” and her latest, “Sip On This.”

She’s also recently thrown down in support of Excision and Zeds Dead and linked up with Smoakland for several highly touted Smoak & Sip B2Bs at events like ILLfest, Beyond Wonderland at The Gorge, and more.
