Today, Insomniac has officially confirmed the lineup for the monumental return of Together As One (TAO).
TAO, which ran for 13 years as one of the United States’ most successful dance music events of the early 2000s, will emerge from the ashes at Washington’s Tacoma Dome on December 30-31, 2023.
For its landmark revival, Insomniac has tapped an eclectic mix of performers who will spotlight some of the biggest sounds in dance music from both today and decades past.
On December 30, TAO will host a headline set from The Chainsmokers, in addition to performances from Seven Lions, Galantis, William Black, and Crystal Skies, among others.
The following day on December 31, global dance icon, Tiësto, will ring in the new year with support from Anjuna label heads Above & Beyond and further performances from Alison Wonderland, Sullivan King, MORTEN, Nostalgix, and more.
In a lovely nod to its esteemed history, TAO will also feature a set from DJ Reza on December 31. DJ Reza—aka Reza Gerami—was one of the pioneers of the Los Angeles rave scene during the early 1990s alongside Insomniac’s Pasquale Rotella.
Though Rotella’s Insomniac and Gerami’s Go Ventures were rival promoters at the end of the 20th century, the two teamed up to build TAO in 1998.
Just two years later, the event made history as the first time an Olympic-sized stadium in the United States—Los Angeles’ Memorial Coliseum—would be filled for a dance music event.
Check out the complete 2023 TAO lineup below. Tickets will go on sale here, this Friday, November 3 at 12PM PT.
