TATE SEDAR and P$YCHEDLIC are stirring up emotions with their bouncy new track, “Emotions.”
Insomniac Discovery Project artist TATE SEDAR is stepping up in a big way in 2024 by partnering with Clayton Brann, a.k.a. P$YCHEDELIC, for this certified bop.
The bass-heavy beat and perfect marriage between trap and rap create the ideal summer single to turn your pool into a day club. You might recognize P$YCHEDELIC’s smooth flow from his recent verses on “CLICK” by Ghengar (a.k.a. Ghastly).
TATE SEDAR first stepped onto the scene as a contestant on the 2020 Insomniac Discovery Project: EDC Virtual Rave-a-Thon, but he’s been a die-hard DJ and producer for as long as he can remember.
SEDAR’s musical journey began in a way that many of us can relate to- through his parent’s music collection and the iconic arcade game Dance Dance Revolution. This early exposure sparked a passion that led him to teach himself production at a young age and later pursue a comprehensive education in music business, production, engineering, and songwriting.
Post his virtual performance, SEDAR has been on the rise. He received a slot on the Insomniac Artists roster and is slowly gaining Southern California status.
After a chance meeting with Brann backstage at Countdown NYE 2022, a friendship was formed. Brann shared with SEDAR the toll his rapid rise in the music industry had taken on him this year, from sleepless nights to stress. This heartfelt conversation inspired the creation of “Emotions,” a track that encapsulates the complex relationships and connections we forge in our human experience.
