Tomorrowland 2021 Moves To August And September

This morning, Tomorrowland announced that they are officially moving the 2021 festival to the last weekend of August and the first weekend of September.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the festival has confirmed its re-scheduled dates. For 2021 only, the first weekend of the festival will move to August 27-29 and the second weekend will take place the following weekend from September 3-5. The three-day festival typically takes place in July, but organizers believe that the situation surrounding COVID-19 will improve by the end of summer and thus will allow Tomorrowland to take place at the end of August and early September. The festival goes on to state that although they are remaining optimistic, there is a chance the 16th edition could take place in 2022. This is what organizers had to say,

“We want to stay positive and hopeful towards an unforgettable end of summer of 2021, but realize that there is also a chance the 16th edition of Tomorrowland could take place in 2022. We expect to come back to you in May with a detailed update. For now, we will keep working hard to realize the most beautiful & safest festival.”

As for now, Tomorrowland is on schedule to take place from August 27-29 and September 3-5. For all other information and FAQs, click here.
