Tomorrowland’s famously immersive storytelling is coming to life in print for the first time ever. Today, the festival giant has unveiled its new fantasy novel book series, THE BOOK OF WISDOM.
The first book in the three-part trilogy, THE GREAT LIBRARY OF TOMORROW, will hit U.S. bookstores in collaboration with Blackstone Publishing this October, according to a press release, giving festival fans a chance “to explore the Tomorrowland universe like never before.”
Written by Mexican author Rosalia Aguilar Solace, the story follows Helia, a hero chosen to protect the values of humanity across the many realms of Paperworld, in her quest to defeat a deadly figure known as the Ash Man and find answers in the Book of Wisdom. Read the full synopsis here.
Headed up by Tomorrowland’s creative and editorial team, each new book in the series will tell the origin stories of each of the festival’s themes, and in the years to come, the “Tomorrowland Fiction” team is planning to share even more literary and creative adventures, including comic books and screen adaptations, all tied back to the Tomorrowland universe.
After years of world-building on site in Boom, Belgium, and other festival locales across the globe, THE BOOK OF WISDOM series marks the latest step in Tomorrowland’s evolution as an entertainment brand, following the launch the company’s Great Library of Tomorrow exhibit last year.
Tomorrowland Belgium will return to De Schorre Park this July 19-21 and July 26-28, with Armin van Buuren, Swedish House Mafia, Amelie Lens, Tale Of Us, Alok, Dom Dolla, John Summit, David Guetta, Tiësto, Afrojack, Vintage Culture and hundreds more.
Fans can pre-order THE GREAT LIBRARY OF TOMORROW in its English, German, French, and Polish language versions here. For more information, visit thegreatlibraryoftomorrow.com/novels.
