In less than an hour the Belgian pre-sale for 2016’s Tomorrowland sold out completely this weekend! According to an article by The Brussels Times, the tickets that became available at 11 am Saturday morning were sold out in just 40 minutes. The exclusive pre-sale offers half of the total available tickets to Belgian residents, whose interest has continued to grow over the years. Debby Wilmsen, a press agent for Tomorrowland, claims “there have never been so many Belgians interested.” It’s not surprising though, following the pattern of past years sales and the increasing popularity of the veteran music event.
Just a few weeks ago we learned of the theme for this year’s festivities titled, “Elixir of Life.” Located in the Antwerp Province of Belgium in the town of Boom, the annual festival is estimated to bring about 400,000 people this summer. Tomorrowland will take place July 22nd, 23rd & 24th, 2016, tickets will be available worldwide on February 6th, 2016 at 17h00 CET which you can pre-register for here.
