Tropical Storm Nicole Causes Airport Closures As EDC Orlando Approaches

Those looking to fly into EDC Orlando or Home Bass should be wary of Tropical Storm Nicole which is expected to strengthen to a category one hurricane and will cause the closures at Orlando International Airport as soon as Wednesday.

According to a Tweet from MCO, The Orlando International Airport will be closing on Wednesday, November 9 at 4PM, leaving many EDC Orlando attendees wondering how this will affect travel and performances. The Melbourne Orlando International Airport will also close at 2PM on Wednesday, November 9.

EDC Orlando has said they will continue to monitor the storm and anticipate the gates to be open on Day 1.

Home Bass is closely monitoring the situation and has decided to move their ‘Can’t Sit With Us’ pool party with Blossom, LAYZ, and So Tuff So Cute indoors, but will continue as scheduled unless the situation becomes unsafe.
