New Report Reveals UK Clubs Are Some Of The World’s Most Loved Venues

Amidst the global clubbing scene, a clear victor has emerged – the UK. DJ Tech Reviews‘ latest report leaves clinching evidence that the world’s top clubs are located in the UK, overshadowing even the famed clubbing destinations of Ibiza and Berlin.

The report used a meticulous methodology to assess club popularity, relying on certain data to sleuth out the most popular clubs.

It states that to determine the overall ranking of each venue, they considered the total number of TikTok hashtags, Instagram followers, Instagram hashtags, average Google review score, the number of Google searches between March 2022 and February 2023, and the percentage increase in searches from March 2019 to February 2023.

“After normalizing the scores for each of these factors on a scale of ten, we calculated the average of these scores for each venue,” states the report.

What they found through all of this data was that the UK’s clubs were among the best in the world, with Manchester’s Warehouse Project taking the top spot with an exceptional overall score of 8.31 out of 10.

Impressively, the club has amassed an incredible 81.8 million TikTok views and 277,000 Instagram followers, attesting to its widespread appeal and unrivaled popularity.

Securing the second spot is none other than London’s legendary Printworks, with an impressive overall score of 8.27 out of 10, although it is scheduled to close its doors in a matter of weeks due to local area redevelopment plans.

The venue has officially confirmed May 1 as its closure date, marking the end of an era in London clubbing history.

The top ten clubs worldwide, proved by DJ Tech Reviews features some of the most iconic clubs, such as Ushuaïa in Ibiza, Berghain in Berlin, Bootshaus in Cologne, and various hotspots in Ibiza, Miami, Brazil, and the legendary fabric in London.

DJ Tech Reviews’ report also highlighted that the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, USA, was the best-reviewed venue globally, and the Hollywood Bowl in California was the most searched-for venue.

A battle with epilepsy could not stop me from finding the rave community or pursuing my passion to write. I was a journalism major at my college writing about sports when my condition took me out of my classes and stuck me in my home to focus on bills and get healthy. Once I got my seizures under control through medication I decided to face my fear of crowds and lasers in order to finally experience house music in festival fashion at Day Trip 2021. I quickly learned that I could continue to rave and manage my condition simultaneously. Then a raver was born! I love house and techno the most, which ironically are the genres that even brought my parents together. The dance music culture and community has connected me with the opportunity to write about my passion, the best of friends, a lover, and good and bad experiences that continue to grow me as a person. I'm based in Southern California let's catch a set!
