Developers Behind Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza To Launch New Ibiza Venue

The developers behind super-clubs Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza will bring a brand new beach bar, restaurant and club to the sunny shores of Ibiza this summer.

According to developers, the new island destination—aptly named Playa Soleil—will offer “a fusion of music, art, gastronomy, and wellbeing for soul-enriching experiences under the sun, moon and stars.”

The all-in-one hotspot is a new collaboration led by Ushuaïa Enterntainment CEO Yann Pissenem, the Alonso Marí Group, and Vivir Descalzo, a lifestyle venues group behind popular Ibiza spots like ROTO and Filin.

Playa Soleil will house three different restaurants from experienced Spanish chef Christhian Castañeda, with a focus on supplying high-quality, locally sourced, organic dining options.

Restaurants Playa Chica and Le Restaurant will become the beating heart of the venue, with more relaxed dining and drinking options available at Oasis, Les Palmiers, and Las Dunas.

Playa Soleil presents guests with a full list of added amenities including valet parking and even childcare, where the venue’s trained “Mini Playa” professionals are on hand to care for little ones aged 4-9.

Guests can also shop for bohemian-chic clothing and other artisanal products at the onsite La Boutique or participate in a range of wellness activities curated by Playa Soleil.

Musical programming at the new venue will be led by flagship events each Friday and Sunday with world-renowned DJs and special guests while Playa Soleil’s beachgoers can expect additional carefully-curated music events to take place throughout the rest of the week within Le Restaurant’s sheltered terrace section.

Playa Soleil’s indoor club space, Maison Musique will be reserved exclusively for special night events with exceptional talent and performers.

More information and reservations are available at Playa Soleil’s official website.
