We are a growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join the EDM Maniac team. The ideal candidate will have an unparalleled passion for dance music and culture and a proven track record of success in selling products and services to a wide range of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and sponsors
- Collaborate with marketing and social teams to develop and explain effective marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the media/marketing industry (a major plus if you have experience with sales in the dance music/music industry!)
- Unparalleled passion for dance music and dance music culture
- Knowledge of the digital media market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to sign a company NDA and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of the music festival industry and trends
- Strong relationships with festivals and organizations are a major plus
This position is a remote, independent contractor role with flexible hours based on straight commission. This role reports directly to the Founder.
