Bass Prodigy Whales Returns To Monstercat With Melodic Dubstep Single “Addicted”

After the news that bass prodigy Whales will be joining Excision on his newly-announced third night of The Thunderdome, the up-and-coming artist just released a melodic dubstep single on Monstercat entitled “Addicted.”

“Addicted” showcases Whales’ diverse stylings with airy vocal chops and gritty bass punches perfect for any festival.  The new track balances his signature heavy bass with weightless melodies that make his sound so encapsulating.

Whales shared about the new song, “‘Addicted’ has been in the works for over a year, and I’m so excited to share it with everyone. Being able to play it again at Lost Lands 2022 and seeing an even bigger reaction than the first was so special for me.”

Whales has been musically gifted since the young age of seven when he first learned to play an instrument and later taught himself electronic music production. Since then, he’s gained fan and industry acclaim from Excision, DJ Diesel, and Kayzo due to his ethereal melodies and hard-hitting percussion.
