Zeds Dead And Subtronics Get “Gassed Up” With Hot New Dubstep Single

Zeds Dead and Subtronics are back together once again with a new single, “Gassed Up.” This track is the latest single from Subtronics’ upcoming debut album, Fractals, and it demonstrates the growing synergy between both of these seminal acts in bass music.

As with their previous collaboration, “Bumpy Teeth,” the trio has found a balance between jangling wobbles and a sense of melody on “Gassed Up.” It’s heavy, but it’s catchy. It’s raucous, but it’s refined. Famed grime rapper Flowdan‘s vocals polish off the track with that extra bit of humanity.

“’Gassed Up’ with Zeds Dead and Flowdan is one of my favorite songs on the album. I am a massive, massive fan of Flowdan and beyond honored to have him on the track. The UK-inspired grime sections leading into emotionally impactful walls of sound just, ugh, I love this tune and stand by it with my entire soul,” says Subtronics.

“This is our 3rd time collaborating with the homie Subtronics and each time has been such an awesome experience. Been road testing this one since the summer and it took a bit to dial in the vocal but when we connected with the legendary Flowdan we knew we had it!” says Zeds Dead.
