Zeds Dead Shares Full Lineup For Annual Deadbeats Chicago Run

Zeds Dead

Zeds Dead has shared the full lineup for their winter Deadbeats label takeover in Chicago.

After extending the annual run to three nights for last year’s Deadbeats “3-Peat,” trailblazing label bosses Zeds Dead will return to The Salt Shed for another three-night headline takeover from December 19-20—this time dubbed “Zeds Shed.”

Throughout the weekend, the genre-blurring bass duo will be joined by another stacked supporting roster of skilled bass contemporaries, including label favorites, rising stars, and genre stalwarts.

Kicking things off on night one are glitchy dubstep favorite Barely Alive, drum & bass up-and-comer SOTA, and 140-BPM dubstep dynamos A Hundred Drums and MYTHM. Night two will feature performances from critically acclaimed label staple IMANU, venerated sound designer and recent Zeds Dead collaborator Moody Good, rising experimental talent Steller, and recent We Are Deadbeats debutant Don Jamal.

Closing things out with a bang on the final night are cutting-edge beatmaker and bass veteran Mr. Carmack, high-energy experimental bass and dubstep player SIPPY, surging trap artist FrostTop, and deep dub producer Floret Loret. Check out the official announcement below.

Before touching down in Chicago, Zeds Dead will host another label takeover at Detroit’s Masonic Temple on Thanksgiving weekend, November 29-30, as they close out a busy year of performances that included huge gigs at Ultra Miami, Lollapalooza, HARD Summer, and Lost Lands, multiple headline tours, and the milestone 10th edition of Deadrocks.

In August, the duo linked up with low-end bass heavyweight CHEE to release their collaborative track, “Tomb Of The Scorpion,” which featured on Deadbeats’ sixth label compilation alongside tracks from Abstrakt Sonance, Evalution, MontyCler & STVSH, HerShe & Seth David, Steller, and more.

Fans can register for the pre-sale for Deadbeats Chicago 2024 here. Pre-sale ticket access will begin tomorrow, Thursday, October 3 at 12PM CT. General on-sale will follow on Friday, October 4 at 12PM CT.
