The celebrated festival, Day Zero 2023, will soon return to the magical jungles of Tulum for an incredible adventure fit for any dance music bucket lister.

Started in 2012, by founder and DJ/producer Damian Lazarus, Day Zero festival has become well-known across the globe for producing unique, transformative experiences accompanied by some of the world’s most influential electronic music artists. The festival staple works with the local Mayan community in Tulum to showcase authentic Mayan culture and pays homage to Mayan history with authentic ceremonies.

Music is the guiding light for the event, with Day Zero hosting a stage compiled of only Mexican artists. This diversity in talent, coupled with a vibrant jungle atmosphere is what makes Day Zero truly special. The combination of worldwide talent and local talent is the perfect recipe for an incredible sunset to sunrise gathering. Here are three artists you won’t want to miss at Day Zero Tulum 2023.

Jan Blomqvist

Jan is a euphoric, melodic artist that knows how to pull at every emotion in your body. This Berlin-based artist is known for his dreamy vocals that leave you absolutely captivated.  The best way to describe listening to Jan Blomqvist is by imagining yourself ascending on a cloud into the sky, surrounded by bright lights and incredible beauty. His simple beats and blissful voice will take you into a state of euphoria. You won’t want to miss this live set where he sings and plays instruments live.

Joseph Capriati

Italian DJ/producer Joseph Capriati is one of the most remarkable techno powerhouses of our time. When playing at festivals and clubs worldwide every year, Joseph Capriati always brings massive energy to every set he curates. He’s got a ton of original tracks under his belt and is widely praised by the global techno music community. His powerful way of creating a techno journey is one that absolutely has to be experienced in person. You can’t miss this insane talent bringing his skills to the decks in the middle of the Mexican Jungle. Get ready for some epic techno.

Chloé Caillet

DJ Chloé Caillet was named Mixmag’s breakthrough artist of the year for a very good reason. She’s an incredible DJ/producer from Paris who is also an instrumentalist and has played alongside some of the biggest names in underground music at some of the world’s most revered biggest clubs. Her first-ever EP PVBLIC XCESS, is one that really showcases her range in sound. Her latest single “Love Aint Over” has a groovy, uplifting vibe that is perfect for the Tulum jungle. You can expect to hear her play a bit of everything, so get ready to vibe out with Chloé!
