The global takeover continues! Insomniac today announced the formal acquisition of East Coast promoter Club Glow and the world-famous Echostage and Soundcheck venues in Washington D.C.
“Glow has been a champion of dance music culture for over 20 years, and Pete and his team have been instrumental in helping grow and shape the entire East Coast scene,” Insomniac Founder and CEO Pasquale Rotella said in a statement. “I couldn’t be happier to align our teams and continue raising the bar for live dance music experiences.”
Known for its incredible production and sound system, Echostage has been voted as DJ Mag’s #1 North American nightclub for four consecutive years. Soundstage opened in 2015 and has incredible sound that mimicks “the acoustics of a recording studio but in a nightclub setting.” These two iconic venues will add to Insomniac’s growing portfolio and compliments their East Coast growth strategy.
Insomniac also announced a partnership With Pete Kalamoutsos, owner of Club Clow. Pasquale and Pete will work together to bring exciting music experiences to the East Coast. We wish them the best and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for these two incredible companies.
