Proof of a COVID-19 vaccine or a negative test result will no longer be required

Since lifting nearly all COVID-19 restrictions in New York City this past Tuesday, organizers at the Brooklyn Mirage have revised their own COVID-19 procedures and will no longer require proof of a COVID-19 vaccine or a negative test result upon entry. New York City Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday that New York would be lifting all COVID-19 restrictions for retail, food services, offices, gyms, barbershops, and other services as a result of 70% of New Yorkers over the age of 18 receiving the first dose of a COVID vaccine, however, individuals who are currently unvaccinated must continue to wear a mask to comply with federal CDC guidelines.

The Brooklyn Mirage initially informed fans earlier this month that attendees would be required to show proof of vaccination via either a CrowdPass, a COVID-19 vaccination card, or New York’s Excelsior Pass. Since Cuomo has lifted nearly all COVID-19 restrictions in New York, attendees will now be able to experience live events at the Brooklyn Mirage at the venue’s full pre-pandemic state.

Brooklyn Mirage’s first event will take place on Thursday, July 1 with special performances billed for Meduza, Lee Foss and Sidepiece followed by REZZ on Friday, July 2.

All tickets can be purchased here.
