Hekler Debuts On Deadbeats With Intergalactic Track “OG BOI BE BACK”

Hekler just landed his first release on Zeds Dead’ label Deadbeats with a powerful dubstep track called “OG BOI BE BACK”.

Beginning with a cinematic intro, the single builds into an unexpectedly psychedelic drop filled with wonky wubs and aggressive bass. This track feels intergalactic and listeners may worry they were abducted by aliens.

This release follows Hekler’s recent remixes for future bass favorites Whethan and William Black. He additionally just dropped music on the labels Thrive and Barong Family before adding to the Deadbeats catalog.

The Las Vegas native has a surprisingly classical background, having left his job in a symphony to start producing bass music. His influences are vast including drum ’n’ bass and future bass artists like Noisia and G Jones.  Iconic tracks like “Buggaz,” and “Wraith” with Yooki are expertly produced with a composition-like drama, but with enough grit to break necks.
