Rising House Producer Wyatt Marshall Drops ‘Singularity’ EP

Raised in the Bay area but taking his musical talents to Los Angeles, one of the most promising rising house producers Wyatt Marshall is heating up the cooler months with his latest three-track EP, Singularity, dropping today on Skream’s label Of Unsound Mind.

Marshall has dedicated everything to music for over a decade now, it was when he made the move to Los Angeles that he instantly drew the attention of house music pioneers like Claude Vonstroke and Worthy.

Using his dedication to his craft, Marshall continues to open doors, playing huge gigs like Dirtybird Campout, putting out releases on prominent labels like Desert Hearts, and producing a remix of Claude VonStroke’s magnum opus, “Who’s Afraid of Detroit?” which Drumcode boss Adam Beyer used to close one of his headlining sets at Amnesia Ibiza.

Diving into Singularity, Marshall really focuses on the essence of house music, characterizing the EP with the repetitive 4/4 beat, synth forward, and allowing the drums to have a strong emphasis on basslines.

Marshall took to Instagram earlier this week to state “Excited to announce my next EP on [Skream’s] label Of Unsound Mind. Always looking to push my sound a step further, these tracks are high energy & synth-driven, taking inspiration from a forgotten style of progressive house and trance. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!”
