BOO Seattle Returns From The Shadows With “Paranormal Pages Of Seattle’s History”

As the Halloween event announcements start rolling in, another spooky festival has returned from the shadows: Boo Seattle.

Boo Seattle will return to the Pacific Northwest on October 27-28 at Wamu Theater with a new theme.

This year, the festival is inspired by the “paranormal pages of Seattle’s history” and will focus on emerging shadows from the city’s past.

Spooky stories could include the Great Seattle Fire, which was started by New Yorker John E. Black when he tipped a hot glue pot over a gasoline fire and destroyed nearly the entire business district, or the graveyard of shipwrecks under Lake Union.

While the lineup for Boo Seattle 2023 has not yet been revealed, the 2022 edition was headlined by Rezz’s Nightmare On Rezz Street as well as Alison WonderlandARMNHMR, Benny Benassi, Dimension, Netsky, and more.

Tickets to Boo Seattle are not yet on sale, but you can sign up for text message alerts on their website here.
