Annie Mac Reveals 2023 Dates For Ten Before Midnight Parties Across UK

Annie Mac, an Irish DJ, writer, and former BBC 1 Radio broadcaster has revealed ten Before Midnight parties scheduled for 2023.

This party is a concept Annie Mac, real name Annie MacManus, started in 2022. The idea is the event starts at 7 PM and ends at the stroke of twelve. She will provide the sounds for ravers on their early evenings out, along with other supporting acts, all across the UK and Ireland beginning on Friday, January 28, 2023 in Wylam Brewery, Newcastle

Before Midnight will have a party set to take place at Vicar Street, Dublin on March 17 for St. Patricks Day, and will also make rounds to Belfast’s Banana Block, Albert Hall in Manchester, HERE at Outernet of London, Glasgow SWG3 TV Studio, and Oxford 02 Academy. The series ends June 16, 2023 at Hall By The Sea in Margate.

Tickets are fixed to go on sale on Friday, December 16. To sign up for the presale and see the full list of dates click here.

According to DJ Mag, the DJ has also issued a statement via her publicist in regard to a recent Before Midnight mishap:

Last Friday, December 9, in London she noticed that her USB had disappeared from the DJ booth. According to her publicist, the allegedly stolen USB left Annie, “…understandably very upset about this — there’s a decade’s worth of music on the USB which doesn’t exist elsewhere.”

She then went on to express that, “The music on that USB is truly precious and really important to me,” and “It’s years and years of collected music from shows I’ve done all over the world and it would mean so much to me if you could do me the grace of returning it. There will be no repercussions, I just want the music back. Thank you.”

Annie Mac’s team offered information for anybody with details in respect to the missing USB: “The USB can be anonymously returned to Locket / Goodlife Management, FAO/Annie Mac, 3rd Floor, 11-13 Market Square, London W1W8AH”.

A battle with epilepsy could not stop me from finding the rave community or pursuing my passion to write. I was a journalism major at my college writing about sports when my condition took me out of my classes and stuck me in my home to focus on bills and get healthy. Once I got my seizures under control through medication I decided to face my fear of crowds and lasers in order to finally experience house music in festival fashion at Day Trip 2021. I quickly learned that I could continue to rave and manage my condition simultaneously. Then a raver was born! I love house and techno the most, which ironically are the genres that even brought my parents together. The dance music culture and community has connected me with the opportunity to write about my passion, the best of friends, a lover, and good and bad experiences that continue to grow me as a person. I'm based in Southern California let's catch a set!
