It’s not quite often that a huge pop star, underground artists, and an actor team up together to release a track. International icon David Guetta, Ukrainian duo ARTBAT, and recognizable DJ, producer, and actor Idris Elba collaborated together on the release of their single “It’s Ours”. They have created a powerful mesmerizing melodic techno track featuring the vocals of Idris Elba. Elba’s voice featured in the track represents a sense of belonging and unity when out on the dance floor. The latest release portrays a message of PLUR, Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect.
ARTBAT played their unique style of melodic house & techno earlier in the year at Coachella, Tomorrowland, CRSSD Festival, and more. Back in July ARTBAT performed back-to-back with David Guetta at the popular Future Rave night at Hï Ibiza.
David Guetta’s ‘Future Rave’ kickstarted back in 2019 with MORTEN. Future Rave was influenced by the darker sounds of techno and progressive house. This past summer David Guetta and MORTEN presented Future Rave at Hï Ibiza during their 18-week residency.
Idris Elba was performing at Hï Ibiza this summer where his bass line-powered tracks were packing up the Club Room. Elba founded the record label 7Wallace with the aim of breaking boundaries in dance and hip-hop.
