Cityfox is the emerging leader in New York City house and techno, and the impressive promoter has just shared the phase one lineup for their first event of 2022: Cityfox LIVE.
While the word “Live” is often implemented in the event industry, this time around it specifically refers to live sets. Every artist on the Cityfox LIVE lineup will perform a live set instead of a DJ set. What that means is the artists will perform a special rendition of only their original music rather than playing tracks from others.
Live sets always look different from artist to artist. Monolink will be balancing vocals and live guitar with CDJ’s during his slot. KiNK has an arsenal of different hardware machines that he links together to create completely new sounds at every show. WhoMadeWho are likely to bring a full live band set up for their turn on the stage.
The event will take over the entire Avant Gardner complex which includes The Great Hall, King’s Hall, and a new stage called The Tent. Eager fans will have to wait until the winter chill ends for the majestic Brooklyn Mirage to reopen.
