Damian Lazarus Is Celebrating The 20th Anniversary Of Crosstown Rebels With A World Tour

Founder of Crosstown Rebels Damian Lazarus has announced the Crosstown 20 tour, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the iconic record label.

The tour will visit ten different cities around the world and will kick off on March 25 at Get Lost, Miami where 90+ artists will support a 24-hour long party amongst the madness of Miami Music Week

The global tour is also set to touch down at high-profile clubs including Akasha in Ibiza, fabric in London, and Watergate in Berlin among others.

A lineup of Crosstown Rebels artists including Seth Troxler, Dennis Cruz, Mathew Jonson, Yulia Niko, and more will support the vision of the celebratory tour.

Over the past two decades, Crosstown Rebels has created immense history and impact on the dance music scene through hundreds of releases and by throwing parties that have united the most talented artists in house and techno.

“20 years ago I dreamed a dream of creating a family of like minded, crazy individuals from all corners of the planet – releasing music to the world and making people dance. That dream was Crosstown Rebels and this year we are 20,” said Lazarus in a press release.

He went on to express that, “Over these years I have forged beautiful friendships, discovered very talented artists and tried my best to help, advise and support some of the most colourful characters in dance music. Crosstown Rebels is more than a record label, it is Family.”

A battle with epilepsy could not stop me from finding the rave community or pursuing my passion to write. I was a journalism major at my college writing about sports when my condition took me out of my classes and stuck me in my home to focus on bills and get healthy. Once I got my seizures under control through medication I decided to face my fear of crowds and lasers in order to finally experience house music in festival fashion at Day Trip 2021. I quickly learned that I could continue to rave and manage my condition simultaneously. Then a raver was born! I love house and techno the most, which ironically are the genres that even brought my parents together. The dance music culture and community has connected me with the opportunity to write about my passion, the best of friends, a lover, and good and bad experiences that continue to grow me as a person. I'm based in Southern California let's catch a set!
