Staying consistent with his love for house music, Amsterdam’s own, Dennis Quin, has been bringing his raw ability to dance floors for more than 25 years.
Proving every day his passion will always be alive, Quin drops his most recent track on Defected Records titled, “Dedication to House Music,” a seven-minute-long tribute to Kings of Tomorrow’s 1993 anthem “K.O.T Anthem.”
The music bug got ahold of Quin at the young age of 15, studying classical music and playing the piano. It wasn’t long after that he discovered electronic music, diving in head first and learning to spin vinyl.
Building his house music addiction at his local record store in Amsterdam called “Rhythm Import,” Quin submerged himself in the art of DJing. In 2011 he finally took his drive and pushed it toward production, reaching Beatport’s top 20 most-selling house records as well as reaching number four on Traxsource in 2017.
His presence behind the decks is like no other, letting his aura shine through his upbeat elements playing mostly his own tracks, giving you a rush of emotion as you are let loose on the dance floor.
He combines his analog essences with a steady groove that can go deep and dark and then bring you back to the light, guaranteeing everyone in his presence is moving to his sound.
Rising to the position of one of Amsterdam’s hidden gems as well as one of the world’s most fluid and credited house DJs, what better producer to bring you a classic house track honoring a legendary old-school groove?
Quin has spent over half his life with one thing on his mind, his passion and love for house music. This track is that passion in sonic form
