One of the world’s best-rated and highly regarded music festivals, EDC Mexico, has been postponed until this upcoming fall. In recent months, Insomniac had announced that the festival would continue as planned, however, due to the current situation in regards to COVID-19, officials thought it would be best to postpone the festival until a later date.
You can read the full statement here, but the dates for EDC Mexico in the fall will take place from September 3-5 of 2021. Each country has its own challenges in regards to distributing vaccinations to its citizens. In this case, it has been decided to push the dates back in order to ensure the safety of all attendees and the surrounding communities.
While there are hopes of EDC Mexico returning in September, it is still very up in the air. Tickets are still available but whether you chose to go or not, be prepared for the possibility of another postponement.
