Electric Forest Has Re-Scheduled To August 2021

This past weekend, Electric Forest announced that it will be moving to August of this year.

Just in the past few weeks, we have seen a tremendous amount of summer festivals being announced but we have also seen a few festivals re-schedule. The reason being is due to the continued uncertainty regarding large gatherings and COVID-19. Each state has its own precautions and regulations and as the situation is constantly changing, some festivals have determined that it would be best to re-schedule the festival rather than cancel it entirely. The festival released the following statement on its social media pages,

“While we all miss each other tremendously, and can’t wait to connect again in the Forest, the safety of the Forest Family remains the utmost priority. With a little more patience, we will have the clarity we desire. For now, we want to make sure that clarity is based on every bit of information possible.”

The festival comments that they will continue to work tirelessly to investigate all options and will release a statement “as soon as possible” regarding a decision on this year’s festival. We will check back in once we know more.
